so far in the kitchen garden we have had a go at:

sweet corn lettuce potatoes tomatoes radish silver beet red onions spring onions parsnip rhubarb mint

bay rosemary thyme spearmint red currents black currents gooseberries garlic

beetroot capsicum peppers rasberries strawberries

in the orchard we have planted apples oranges cherry grapefruit lime santa rosa plum grapes chestnut walnut

fig almond cherry plum satsuma plum peach nectarine

we have had surpluses of apples and potatoes

other than that our guests are provided with whatever is ready for harvest at the time of their stay

in the fields we have planted barley oats chicory clover plantain brassica rye

 self catering accommodation

vegetables / trees / grass / cows / sheep / geese / chooks / wildlife / water
